Rasandeep Singh Devgon is a community-focused creative, producer and cultural practitioner from Stoke-on-Trent. Passionate about platforming underrepresented voices, Ras works to make the arts more inclusive, representative, and reflective of the communities around him.

Ras is a Community Coordinator at Appetite, a programme that brings exciting arts and cultural experiences to Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Rasandeep is passionate about co-creating events that celebrate cultural diversity, such as Sensasian, a vibrant showcase of South Asian arts.

He is a proud member and Creative Producer for Kwanzaa Collective UK. Recognising how our artists, creatives and change-makers use art to address social justice, identity, and cultural empowerment. Through his involvement in the Collective, Ras has been part of powerful projects that centre care, equity and collaboration across communities.

With a strong interest in South Asian arts, heritage and music, Ras brings both lived experience and a thoughtful, inclusive approach to his work with Kwanzaa Collective UK. Whether curating events, building relationships or creating space for people to be heard, Ras is driven by the belief that the arts can bring people together and help shape more connected, compassionate places.

Ras has a MSc in Marketing & BA in Education Studies.
